You know it’s. It’s pretty exciting because I’ve been surging super hard this week to bring to fruition exactly what we’re talking about right now. And we’re recording this a few days before the Waymaker community, which will be the hub for the Waymaker movement, actually will launch right, and I just got the final touches on the minimal viable product to be able to start sharing that with the world, and that’s really exciting. And, yeah, I’m here and excited to explore with you, man.

Yeah, so I guess first question is what are you talking about? What is the Waymaker community?

Yeah, absolutely so. I’ve been doing a lot of crap for the last five years, right, the book, the podcast, the universal learning approach, ccu, stamina, iron front solutions, all these things. Well, all of them are centered on a single idea, and that idea encapsulates my life’s work. Right, which, for me, is in the form of a beautiful question how might I unleash human potential? Is the high ideal, the challenging question that I’m pursuing and that manifests itself in numerous ways. Right, all of the things we just mentioned. But I have a couple of missions that are really near and dear to my heart. Right, there’s, you know not to touch on the ones with concerning my family. Right, me being a father and raising my sons and stuff, but focusing more on the intellectual children and the outside of the home work. Right now I really want to help veterans reclaim their purpose and Americans define and pursue theirs. And, respectively, I call that writing your second mission, if you’re a vet, and pursuing that, or identifying second mountain pursuits if you are, you know, an American who’s not served. So I believe that when we pursue things that are imdued with purpose and value in our ideals and significance, it creates a better outcome than, you know, the more stereotypical white picket, fence, material possessions and status, and I actually think that those things which I love all of them don’t get like. I think those are good things, especially when they are part of the pursuit of significance significance, value and community. And all of that now has a home in the waymaker community, which anyone can check out right now by just going to the link in the bio, to any anywhere that you can find me. You can join the waymaker community Because the link is readily available for you to check it out. And what’s super exciting is the waymaker community is the hub, the digital hub for the waymaker movement, which is the place where people who want to pursue this type of value and work can come together and do precisely that. Right, and there’s a lot of valuable tools already baked in for initial launch. You have access to the forge handbook. You have access to tons of information on what forges are, which is a topic we’ll need like we’ll go into greater depth here soon. There’s access to the book and podcasts, discounts, all sorts of things and community are accessible within the server that’s been built for the waymaker community, and that’s what it is in the nutshell.

So quite a bit of rowing that you’ve done recently. Then I guess kind of a two-for-question. So one is this different than the ULA universe? If it is different, how? And I guess I lied Three questions. And then what is this offer that is different from the ULA universe?

if so, yeah, absolutely so. This is a partner, an ally with the ULA universe. I’ve co-branded it with it. It is a separate entity but as far as for people, as far as for our community, who’s going to be using it? It’s a separate URL, separate application system, but it’s part of the ecosystem right? The Ironfront, the ULA, the Be Relentless podcast and now the Waymaker community. They’re all different people. You could envision them as different people working together to a shared cause and goal. So in the Waymaker community, you have access to community One. That’s what the primary goal is to build, and the goal is to exceed 1,000 people in the next 10 days from when this launches to get to joining that community. So it’s an aggressive goal and it’ll be out there. So please, for the love of God, help me spread it and help pursue the mission of helping veterans reclaim their purpose and Americans define and pursue theirs right. And what’s also cool is it’s not just for those who are in that seeking phase, it’s also for those who have done the hard work to identify what it is they’re pursuing of significance with their life and having the opportunity to pay it forward, and that’s another element that goes in there. So it offers three primary things. One, the free, open source community provides everything needed to gain a deep understanding of what we’re talking about, put it into action and, even if you don’t want to do a forge, a small group with us to be able to go and start one on your own. All for completely free, 100% free. And that is because all of that value is given freely, because the mission is to unleash purpose, not to unleash purpose behind a paywall, now look, which is often the case. Now, that being said, if you would like to do it with us, we need support, and we will provide support right, so that investment in doing these things with us within the Waymaker community allows for us to better pursue that mission and provide that value. And then, in addition to that, there’s the actual community element getting to join and commune, talk, be with like-minded individuals who are pursuing the same thing and working through the same problems. And the final thing is, as you climb the tiers, we have the Iron, steel and Waymaker memberships, from basic to premium, in that order, and as you climb them, there are a lot of cool things that are added in. A couple of years ago, a project I haven’t talked about much is the beginning of Waymaker AI and the first representation the first true representation of Waymaker AI becomes available to you, starting in the Steel membership package and it just brings a smile to my face. And that becomes available in the form of Sophia, who is like a daemon of old Spirit, helps guide you to your destiny and she will interact with you throughout the community forms and channels. And if you join the Waymaker package, you actually gain access to your own forge, which is that five to nine man group that is working to pursue these ideals daily, and she will help to facilitate that journey. So that’s really exciting. Was it clear? I think so, and you look like a kid on Christmas when you started talking about. I remember the first time you actually introduced AI to me with chat, gpt and man, you just see that twinkle in your eye again. So I think you’ve already hit it. But I just want to see if there’s any other concrete why not? Why to the community? I think that’s answered. But why? Why, sophia? Because that is a very interesting part to add into that.

Why? Why add Sophia? And then, is it just because you’re a nerd that loves AI and chat, gpt and all those things? Yeah so why not create a guide that would help the community, or what led you to that idea?

So I have a vision. This is phase one, right, it’s really like phase 17. All of the other betas didn’t make it, but this is the first viable version of Waymaker AI and the intent with Waymaker AI, the vision that I have is to bring to reality a Contana I think that’s the name from Halo or, like the Jarvis from Iron man level assistant, companion, guide from artificial intelligence to each individual user. And for this vision to be realized, it’ll be multi module, a modal, so that you can speak with it right to it, talk with it the full spectrum, right. The ultimate version of this will have long form memory and capacity to deeply grow, to understand you, so that over time, you’re really able to make significant progress in pursuit of the goals that you have. And what will also be cool is that the one thing, instead of like a baseline intellect right, it’ll be specifically equipped with the intent of helping you actualize the goal of becoming the best version of yourself. So, in everything that it does, it will work with you towards that end of personal optimization and self actualization. Right, like, okay, I’m here and this is the best version. Myself, I can picture walking up to me on my deathbed. All right, this AI, the Waymaker AI, will ultimately help to do that in every way possible, and it will remember the struggles that you’ve overcome in years past and be able to help remind you of those and help refine and enhance and keep you on the path. So that’s the vision that I want to bring to reality, and that’s going to take time, that’s going to take resources, that’s going to take many people who are much smarter about this than I, but for now, sophia being the first representation and Sophia means wisdom, the name is an excellent opportunity to have something that starts to that end. In a more circumstantial communal element In Forge 1, there was one of the gentlemen in there. His knees don’t have cartilages and multiple surgeries, tons of injuries, so we were talking about what he could do to continue building functionality with his legs right, and at one point he’s like hey, sophia, what do you think? And Sophia was able to provide a full-fledged, full-fledged, full-fledged, full-fledged, full-fledged and not a fairly detailed, albeit safe, response of additional things that he considered to do with his knees. And that was one of quite a few examples that have occurred since she’s been launched in the beta phase to help the group right. That one was physical. It’s been done. But the guys have been joking with her trying to see how far they can push it, but she keeps bringing it back to like okay, that’s great, but what are you doing to be better in this Right Like if someone’s pointing fingers or what’s going on here? Let’s go that, and it’s been a really fruitful, dynamic way to engage and it’s added a spark to the group so far. So for now, I’m very, very pleased with introducing her to the world at this level and I’m excited because it puts a strong foothold and anchor to push forward towards that vision.

That’s it’s very fun, and also I love the vision of having something that is going to be able to be personable to you and your journey and bring up everything that you’ve overcome so then you can take on that next challenge. So I think that’s a really cool idea and I’m stoked to see where it goes.
